1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GSSF Score at gssfscore.com (the “Service”), operated by Bluewater Web Studio, a DBA of Bluewater Marketing, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GSSF Score is a web application for tracking scores and calculating results for GSSF (Glock Shooting Sports Foundation) shooting competitions. The Service allows users to create matches, enter scores, and view standings.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address.
• Verify your email address before accessing core features.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that is harmful or offensive.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service, including match names, participant names, and scores. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data as necessary to provide the Service.

When you enable public sharing for a match, you acknowledge that the match data (including participant names and scores) will be publicly accessible via a shareable link.

6. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion or termination, all associated data will be permanently removed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Score calculations are provided as a convenience; users are responsible for verifying results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluewater Web Studio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in score calculations or loss of data.

10. Trademark Notice

Glock® and the Glock Shooting Sports Foundation (GSSF) are registered trademarks of Glock, Inc. This Service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Glock, Inc. or the GSSF. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
