GSSF Score (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Bluewater Web Studio, a DBA of Bluewater Marketing, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our application at gssfscore.com (the “Service”).

We collect the following information when you use the Service:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Match data: Match names, participant names, scores, and related shooting competition data that you enter into the Service.
  • Usage data: We use Umami, a privacy-first analytics platform, to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, referrer URLs, and device type. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track users across websites. Basic server logs (IP address, browser type) may also be collected to maintain the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets).
  • Display match results publicly when you enable public sharing.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Public results: When you enable public sharing for a match, the match name, participant names, and scores are viewable by anyone with the link.
  • Service providers: We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host the Service and send transactional emails. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of the Service and its users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which permanently removes all your data, including matches, participants, and scores.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure session management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to manage authentication sessions. Our analytics provider, Umami, is cookie-free and does not set any tracking cookies. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Update your name and password from your profile settings.
  • Delete your account and all associated data at any time.

9. Age Requirement

The Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe someone under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
